Note 1 - General Information
An active Lexus Link subscription (including a signed Lexus Link Service Subscription
Agreement) is required in order to receive Lexus Link services. For more information,
contact Lexus Link at 1-800-25-LEXUS (1-800-255-3987). Lexus Link services
require vehicle electrical system and wireless service to be available and operating for
features to function properly. Lexus Link uses existing emergency service providers as
well as wireless and satellite technologies. A one-year subscription to the Safety Plan
is included with the purchase of a new vehicle. Other plans are available at an
additional cost.
Note 2 - Limitations of Communications Technologies
This system is only operational in GPS (Global Positioning System) and cellular
coverage areas. Services may not be available in an area where the GPS and/or
cellular phone signals cannot be received.
Note 3 - Limitations of Remote Services
You’ll need your PIN to access some of the Lexus Link services. If, for example, you’re
locked out of your vehicle or it has been stolen, an Advisor will ask for your PIN in order
to provide assistance.
