instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installation. Contact AIRAID @

that are not clear to you. Your PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer was carefully
inspected and packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during
shipping. If any parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

Included with your Poweraid Spacer is a sticker with a California Air Resources Board
(C.A.R.B.) Executive Order (EO) number. This sticker must be placed in plain view inside of
the engine compartment. Failure to do so may prevent you from passing a smog inspection.2
Installation Instructions. Read Me!
1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.
2. Remove manifold cover and save bolts and nut.
3. Remove air intake hose assembly.
4. Remove throttle body bolts. (Ref. “B”)
5. Remove throttle body and install power plate using (4) 6mm x 75mm hex bolts and (4) 6mm flat washers.
6. Install (2) manifold cover extension plates. (Ref. “C”)
7. Install (1) special manifold cover extension plate. (Ref. “D”)
* Please Note: (1) 6mm nut & (1) 6mm washer to attach special extension plate.
(1) 6mm x 20mm hex bolt & (1) 6mm washer to attach manifold cover to extension plate.
8. Inspect & Test throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown cables
may require adjustment. Please refer to service manual for proper adjustment instructions.
9. Reinstall air intake hose assembly. (Please refer to Step 3)
10. Reinstall manifold cover using saved bolts and (1) furnished 6mm x 20mm hex bolt.
11. Reconnect negative battery cable. Enjoy!
