GROUP FITNESS OVERVIEW
CLASS LEVELS
All instructors are CPR/AED and First Aid certifi ed and have
completed an extensive training program prior to instruction.
All classes include an abdominal and lower back strengthening
segment, with the exception of express classes.
It is recommended to obtain a physician’s clearance prior to
participating in group fi tness or any other physical activity.
Classes are held on a fi rst come, fi rst serve basis.
All classes are 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted.

For individuals who are new to this type of class, are just starting an
exercise program or would just like to stick to the fi tness basics. Classes
will focus on basic-level moves and intensity with emphasis on proper form.
These classes appeal to everyone, from the beginner to the highly
experienced. The emphasis is providing a fun and effective workout for
all fi tness levels. The instructor incorporates basic and intermediate-level
moves with a focus on proper form and offers more challenging options for
experienced participants.
