This document will take you through the installation, use, and
configuration of the JIVA Linux Client Daemon. More general
information about JIVA and JIVA Networks can be found in the JIVA
Administrator’s Guide available from Brain Murmurs, Inc. on their
website.
The JIVA Client Daemon runs in the background on your computer and
executes the JIVA application task library whenever their individual
host computers are idle.
The current supported configuration for Linux is the Fedora Core 4
distribution running Gnome. All commands used in the following
documentation assume this specific operating system as a
prerequisite….
