Color titles creatively with Title Designer
Color has its own language, but the meanings change in
different contexts. Green might mean “Go,” but a
magazine designer will tell you that it evokes the least
emotional response. Red can signify danger, but a
television producer will tell you to wear it to get in the
picture. In titling, color is no less context-heavy.
It’s easy to experiment with color in Title Designer in
Adobe?Premiere?Pro. In this tutorial, we’ll look at
how different color and fill options affect a title
sequence.
Still in default blue, everything looks a little.well.blue.
Linear Gradient
Selecting this brings up a color slider that allows you to
choose two colors which the fill in your selected text or
objects can graduate between.
Choosing two colors, though, isn’t the end of the story.
For good measure, the Color Stop Color option lets you
pick a couple more to graduate through on the way.
Once selected, click on the Color Stop box and pick a
color for that part of the gradient to stop through.
