Creative people often like to wear many hats, working
not only on a specific set of tasks in a specific application
but also on a broad set of tasks using many
applications. The downside to this diversity can be that
every new task and application presents a new and
unfamiliar methodology. But this isn’t the case with
Adobe?Production Studio.
The applications in Adobe Production Studio have
been completely revamped to provide an integrated
and unified user experience. These applications share
common elements, such as keyboard shortcuts and
docking, customizable workspaces.
The files used in this tutorial are on Disc 2 of the Total
Training Video Workshop (included with Production
Studio). Depending on the television standard for
your region, copy either the NTSC or PAL folder from
the Adobe Production Studio folder to your desktop.
Alternatively, you can follow along with a new project
file. (Choose File > New > New Project.)
Customize contextual workspaces
If you’ve used previous versions of Adobe After
Effects?, Adobe Encore?DVD, or Adobe Audition?,
