This tutorial in intended to give users a guide on system tweaks and adjustments that
allow some basic E-MU Digital Audio Systems functionality under Windows Vista.
This document in no way guarantees compatibility of an E-MU DAS with Windows
Vista. All E-MU DAS products are considered to be UNSUPPORTED and not
compatible with Windows Vista until official Vista drivers are released.

Note about Windows Vista Support from E-MU Systems:
This document is provided as a convenience to customers interested in trying the E-MU
PCI DAS Windows XP drivers and software within the Windows Vista Operating
System.
Until drivers which are fully compatible with Windows Vista are released, E-MU
Systems cannot provide any Technical Support or assistance to users who are attempting
to use existing Windows XP drivers inside of Windows Vista.
Users may encounter problems or incompatibilities not outlined in this document. Users
who desire or expect the full feature set of the E-MU Digital Audio Systems are advised
to continue using Windows XP until official Windows Vista drivers are made ava ilable.
Any attempt to use any E-MU product under Windows Vista with non Vista
compatible drivers is the full responsibility of the user; users are advised that
existing drivers were not written for and are not intended for use with the Windows
Vista operating system.
