Tutorial for ADSL on Mac OS X - Samsung modems
1. Open the System Preferences
2. Choose Network and open it
3. In Location popup menu, select “New Location.”
4. Name the new location as ADSL Technion
5. Select “Built-in Ethernet” in the Show field.
6. Select the tab PPPoE
7. Mark - Connect using PPPoE
8. In the Service Provider field write Technion
9. In the Account Name write your login name
10. In the Password field write your password
11. Mark - Show PPPoE status in menu bar (a new item should appears on the top of
your screen)12. Click on Apply Now and close the Network window
13. In the new item on the top of the screen (<.>) select - Open Internet Connect
14. In the Configuration field select Built-in Ethernet
15. Click on the Connect tab and start to work.
