- A co mplete travel roster/ itinerary should be
on file with the SC Office at least 48 hrs.
prior to the trip.
- Everyone traveling must have a copy of his
or her medical insurance (if they have
insurance) on file with the SC Office.
- If persons traveling do not have their own
medical insurance, it will be purchased for
them by the SC Office at a charge of $2 per
day per person. The amount will be
deducted from the club’s allocation.
- Eligible participants are covered by a $300
deductible with 80% coverage of allowable
Trip Preparation
- Passengers should help keep drivers alert
and watch for signs of drowsiness.
- Drivers must adhere to posted speed limits,
and must obey all traffic laws and
regulations.
- A designated club member will serve as the
navigator. The navigator will sit in the front
passenger seat and will remain awake
throughout his/her duty as navigator.
- While the vehicle is in operation all travelers
must wear seat belts or other approved
safety restraint devices required by law.
- Drivers are responsible for determining that
no objects in the vehicle obstruct rear or side…
