A. Application of Regulations
The Commissioner of Administration issued revised General Travel Regulations in Policy and Procedure
Memorandum No. 49, effective July 1, 2007. This permanent memorandum is not meant to be all inclusive
of PPM No. 49. It does serve to supplement the General Travel Regulations indicating the University policy
where discretion is permitted or where exceptions approved by the Commissioner of Administration have
