Integrating Visual Basic 6.0 and Surround SCM
Most Surround SCM commands can be accessed from Microsoft ?Visual Basic 6 ?.

Installing the Visual Basic plug-in
The Visual Basic plug-in is installed by default during the Surround SCM installation process.
Note: Make sure you stop Visual Basic before you install the plug-in.
1 Run the Surround SCM installation program.
2 Select Make Surround SCM my default SCM provider when you are prompted to select Surround SCM
integration options.
3 Finish the installation.
You are now ready to begin using Visual Basic with Surround SCM.
4 Restart Visual Basic.2 Adding projects to Surround SCM
5 Choose Add-Ins > Add-in Manager.
The Add-In Manager opens.
6 Source Code Control should be displayed in the list of available add-ins.
Make sure the Loaded/Unloaded and Load on Startup options are selected.
7 Click OK to close the Add-In Manager.
Adding projects to Surround SCM
You need to add projects to Surround SCM before you can access source control commands.
1 Open the Visual Basic project.
2 Choose Tools > Surround SCM > Add Project to Surround SCM.
