The OptionHunter. Getting Started Guide is
designed to give the new user a quick reference of
some of the popular features of the program. As you
become more familiar with OptionHunter., you
may choose to use additional features.
The purpose of OptionHunter. is to find options
that meet the Options Made Easy. criteria and
your personal trading style criteria. As a general
rule of thumb, “keep it simple”. If you are not sure
why you are selecting a parameter, don’t use it.
Remember, the more parameters you use, the
fewer options that will be returned.

OptionHunter. can be used in one of two ways.
4 Select a pre-defined Configuration on the Advanced Parameters screen to retrieve a
list of excellent trading candidates. There are 13 different strategies under the predefined
Configurations. By selecting one, parameters on the Basic, Advanced and
Filtering Parameters screen are automatically filled out. Next, you simply click
Activate to retrieve the list of options.
4 If you choose not to use a pre-defined Configuration, simply enter your desired
parameters on the Basic, Advanced and Filtering Parameters screen, then click
Activate to retrieve the list of options.
The easiest and quickest way to use OptionHunter. is to take advantage of the predefined
Configurations on the Advanced Parameters screen. There are 13 pre-defined
Configurations:
When you select one of the pre-defined Configurations, the parameters on the Basic,
Advanced and Filtering screen are automatically filled out. All you do is:
CLICK ON ADVANCED PARAMETERS
SELECT THE STRATEGY UNDER THE CONFIGURATIONS BOX
CLICK RETRIEVE
CLICK ACTIVATE
