HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Remove amount of Ham or Bologna Salad needed from regular prepared recipe and place in food processor (1/2 cup salad is one serving).
2. Add milk. Puree until smooth in texture.
3. Add ThickenUp?. Process briefly until mixed, scraping sides of bowl.
4. Cover and chill quickly (within 2 hours) to 40°F. or below before serving.
5. Hold for service at internal temperature of 40°F. or below.
6. Portion one #8 scoop per serving, or pipe 1/2 cup onto plate.
NOTE: Measurements of liquid and ThickenUp?may be adjusted to achieve desired consistency….
