Potential improvement for Nokia E90
A new firmware coming form Nokia should bring A-GPS services for its E90 owners. Just in
due time, we’d say, as the smartphone really needs some improvements to make it
somewhat more appealing to potential customers.
Nokia E90 Communicator has been released earlier this year, aiming to bring a fresh
solution to the line of such devices. Its price has registered a considerable drop since then,
which also reflects a lack of interest on the customers’ side. As if that was not enough,
reports came in complaining over microphone problems and display scratches caused by
the phone’s internal keyboard.
After a long period, ever since Nokia last said anything about GPS services, it looks like the
producer intends to bring out a firmware update to improve the Communicator’s
performances. Last time this company spoke about GPS, it sounded enthusiast enough
about it and stated that it looks to use it in most of its devices in the future, even in its less
evolved ones.
