Samsung Introduces The P110 Messaging Phone
At this year’s CeBIT
Samsung was one of the manufacturers that had a lot of newly released handsets to put on display at this
year’s CeBIT and the one thing they all had in common was their excessive slimness. One of its phones that
most likely generated a lot of interest among visitors, was the SGH-P110 messaging phone.
The first thing to catch one’s eye is the handset’s innovative form factor. It is meant to blend smartphone
functionality with the ease of use of a regular mobile phone, offering both a QWERTY keyboard and a typical
clamshell-like design.
While some smartphones, like Nokia’s Communicator will tend to look like a brick when held up to the year,
the P110 should look more like your average handset when used. Depending on how the user chooses to
hold the handheld, the numeric keypad or the QWERTY can be used.
When the screen is flipped and in landscape mode, the P110 turns into a very convenient and easy to use
