Q What is NEO?
A NEO is two things. Firstly it is a database which contains all factory programme files for Sunrise power chairs with a
DELPHI controller fitted. The tool creates and provides the programming data for the DELPHI control system.
All manufacturing programming data is stored under the chair’s serial number and order code.
Secondly it is a support and backup system for controller customisation data to store customised controller software
created by an authorised user (dealer) under the chair’s serial number, accessible at any time and anywhere in the
world if required. This is a unique service tool in our industry.
Q How does Sunrise make sure every chair is programmed to the specification ordered?
A The original factory data for the electronics is created when the chair is built.
This data is written into the chair at manufacture and is also available to the dealer via the Neo website
Q Why would a dealer use NEO?
A Because at any time and anywhere in the world, the dealer is able to find the factory setting specified for his chair
