Sony Ericsson P1 Smartphone has been launched as an update for the P990 model which
had some troubles and received little appreciation compared to what it was expected to.
This newly launched phone is 25 percent smaller and a great deal more advanced.
“In one sense the Sony Ericsson P1 is an evolution of our P-series smartphones, as it
pushes forward the best attributes of its predecessors”, says Steve Walker, Head of Product
Marketing at Sony Ericsson. Still, this new phone model differentiates itself from the
previous model due to “significant improvements in design, speed and battery
performance”.
This handset has a modern, appealing look, both stylish and practical at small dimensions.
People at Sony decided to drop the classic full QWERTY keyboard for a less popular one
that is also used for the M600i phone model.
The 2.6 inch TFT display is quite impressive, not only in size, but also due to its
