Color Settings
The Color Settings dialog box lets you set the default working spaces for RGB, CMYK and Grayscale. It allows you
to set Color Management Policies, which dictate how Photoshop uses (or ignores) embedded profiles in images. It
also allows you to set warnings for missing or mismatched profiles.
. Choose Color Settings from the Edit menu. Then choose North America Prepress 2 from the Settings pop-up
menu.

Profiles
When working in a color managed enviroment, ICC profiles must be embedded in all images, regardless of color
space. You will encounter images that either have no profile, or a profile that does not match your desired working
space.
Choose Convert document’s colors to the
working space.

Embedded Profile Mismatch - RGB
When opening an RGB image, you may encounter the Embedded Profile Mismatch dialog box. This indicates the
embedded profile does not match your desired working space.
