Importing PowerPoint Slides Into OneNote
1. Locate the Power Point presentation you would like to import into One Note.
2. Open the PowerPoint by either double clicking on the file or by going to the File Menu
and clicking on the Open command.3. Once PowerPoint is open go to the File Menu and click the Save As command.
4. When the Save As window opens, navigate to the folder where you want to save your
file, click on the arrow to the right of the 1.) Save As Type: field located at the bottom of
the window and select the 2.) JPEG File Interchange Format. 3.) Then click the Save
button.
5. Now you will see a window asking how you want to export your slides. Click the Every
Slide button.
6. A new window will open indicating that each slide has been saved into a folder at the
location you selected. Click OK to proceed. Close PowerPoint.
