HTC Touch Cruise Gets Official
Improved HTC Touch
HTC Touch Cruise is the latest device coming from this producer to upgrade what the
original HTC Touch had to offer. The device was unofficially presented in Netherlands
almost a month ago and now we have an official announcement as well.
HTC Touch Cruise uses an improved TouchFLO interface, which is supposed to bring
new gestures and easier controls. The user can rely on a half turn of the finger to rotate an
object, complete turn to the right to zoom in and complete turn in the other direction to zoom
out. This sounds very much like the iPhone’s similar features that relied on bringing two
fingers closer together or distancing them in order to zoom in or to zoom out of a picture.
The PocketPC runs on a 400MHz processor and has 128 MB of RAM and 256 MB of ROM.
One of the most appealing features about it is that the 2.8 inch touchscreen is large enough
to make great support for GPS navigation with maps provided by TomTom. Moreover, the
