XML Gateway Tutorial
Background
The XML Gateway is designed to provide a flexible mechanism of creating objects in
a data source from an XML document, using a template written by the user. Data
sources supported include the Remedy AR System and any database with a JDBC
connector.
The templates can be thought of as a translation, converting incoming XML into
objects that can be inserted into a data source, or used to look up an existing object to
