1. Go to “Internet Options” and perform the following changes to enable your IE 7 install to correctly work with LIHEAP.NET:
a. On General Tab
i. In the Browsing History section click “Settings”;
ii. Change selection from “Check for new versions of stored pages” to “Every time I visit a webpage”;
iii. Click “Ok”.
b. On Settings Tab
i. Verify that “Always switch to new tabs when they are created” is selected;
ii. “Always open pop-ups in a new tab” is selected;

c. Go to the Privacy tab
i. If pop-up blocker is enabled (meaning the checkbox is checked) then click the “Settings” button.
ii. Enter the following URL in the “Address of Website to allowed” and click “Add”: liheap.ilenergyassistance.com
d. On Content Tab
i. Click on the “Settings” button in the “Auto Complete” area and verify that it matches the following settings:…
