Introduction
In LiveCycle Designer, you can define validations for form fields. In most cases, object properties control data validation. In the case of objects that accept complex data patterns, data validation is controlled through pattern settings in the Value tab of the Object palette. In addition, you can associate objects that accept data with JavaScript expressions that validate the data.
