A simple touch of a button connects you with helpful, professional staff at the telephone information service.They will provide you with the information you require in connection with your current location or destination, for example recommended hotels and restaurants, as well as directory, address and telephone information. All the requested data can be transferred directly to the navigation system and the phone. BMW Assist also provides support in the event of an emergency or a breakdown. An automatic emergency call relaying your current position to the call centre and communication of vehicle data to BMW Service in the event of a breakdown ensure swift and accurate on-the-scene assistance.
