The Aptana Studio integrated development environment (IDE) is an Eclipse-based open source development environment targeted to building Web applications, with a focus on HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript. Aptana Studio includes an iPhone Development plug-in that provides Web developers with a set of tools that assist with the development of iPhone-optimized Web applications.
This tutorial shows how to get started with debugging using Aptana Studio. It discusses debugging and logging with the debugger capabilities in Aptana Studio. Aptana Studio also provides integration with the Firefox Firebug extension for integrated inspecting and debugging.
