The lines of the new Mercedes C-Class are similar to those of the prestigious S-Class representing an excellent Cx of 0.27. Wheelbase, length and width have gained a few centimetres. The C-Class is a rear-wheel-drive vehicle that comes with a choice of a new 2.6- litre V-6 or a 3.2-litre V-6 already available in other models. The new V-6 can be mated to a sixspeed manual gearbox or a five-speed automatic.
